We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items returned to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Due to their nature and low individual value, stickers are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item.
Items specifically marked Final Sale are also not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photos showing the issue.
If we determine that the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect when received, we will make it right with an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability. Items being exchanged must meet the same eligibility requirements listed in our Returns section.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or another available option.
For standard returns or exchanges that are not the result of an error by 941 KREW, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item or where otherwise required by law.
If the return is the result of an error by 941 KREW LLC, we will cover the applicable return or replacement shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy or required by applicable law.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and with household members or neighbors who may have accepted it.
Please contact us if you still cannot locate the package and we’ll help you determine the appropriate next steps.
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, except where otherwise required by law.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may be the customer’s responsibility.
