Please read these Official Rules carefully before entering the 39 for 39 Giveaway (the “Giveaway”). By submitting an entry, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding with respect to the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.

941 KREW LLC is referred to throughout these Official Rules as the “Sponsor.”
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Google, or any other social media platform on which the Giveaway may be promoted.
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, managers, members, representatives, agents, and immediate family or household members of 941 KREW LLC are not eligible to enter.
For purposes of these Official Rules, “immediate family” includes a spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside. Household members are persons who share the same residence, whether related or not.
The Giveaway is void outside the 50 United States and District of Columbia and wherever prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
It is each entrant’s responsibility to determine whether they are legally permitted to participate.
The Giveaway begins on:
September 14, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”)
and ends on:
October 13, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET
(the “Giveaway Period”).
All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period.
The Sponsor’s website/database systems will serve as the official timekeeping method for determining when an entry was received.
Entries received before the Giveaway begins or after the Giveaway closes will not be eligible.
To enter the Giveaway:
Visit the official 39 for 39 Giveaway page on 941krew.com during the Giveaway Period.
Select two eligible 941 KREW sticker designs.
Provide the information requested on the official Giveaway entry form.
Confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these Official Rules.
Submit the completed entry form during the Giveaway Period.
No purchase, payment, donation, subscription, shipping payment, or other monetary contribution is necessary to enter or win.
There is no charge from 941 KREW LLC to submit an entry. Normal internet, mobile data, or other charges imposed by an entrant’s own service provider may apply.
A YouTube subscription, view, like, comment, share, or other interaction with 941 KREW content is not required to enter or win this Giveaway.
Subscribing to the 941 KREW YouTube channel, liking or commenting on 941 KREW content, watching videos, sharing content, or otherwise interacting with 941 KREW on YouTube will not provide an additional entry and will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
Entries are submitted exclusively through the official Giveaway entry method described in these Official Rules.
Limit one (1) entry per person and one (1) entry per email address during the entire Giveaway Period.
Submitting entries through multiple email addresses, identities, accounts, automated systems, bots, scripts, or other methods in an attempt to obtain more than one entry is prohibited.
If the Sponsor reasonably determines that the same person submitted multiple entries in violation of these Official Rules, the duplicate entries may be disqualified.
The Sponsor will not arbitrarily reject or disqualify otherwise eligible entries.
Incomplete, fraudulent, automated, corrupted, or otherwise ineligible entries, or entries submitted in violation of these Official Rules, may be disqualified.
A total of thirty-nine (39) prizes will be awarded.
Each prize consists of:
One (1) two-piece 941 KREW sticker pack containing two (2) eligible 941 KREW stickers selected by the entrant on the Giveaway entry form.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $6
Approximate total retail value of all thirty-nine (39) prizes: $234
There is no charge for the prize or standard shipping of the prize to an eligible winner within the 50 United States or District of Columbia.
Prizes have no cash redemption value and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash.
If a selected sticker becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor may provide a substantially similar replacement sticker of equal or greater retail value where permitted by law.
All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, arising from acceptance of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The Sponsor will award the prizes described in these Official Rules in accordance with these Official Rules.
After the Giveaway Period ends, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
Thirty-nine (39) potential winners will be randomly selected.
The random drawing is scheduled to be conducted on October 16, 2026.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
No entrant will receive preferential treatment based on purchases, YouTube subscriptions, likes, comments, views, shares, social media following, previous purchases, personal relationship with the Sponsor, or any other factor unrelated to the random drawing.
Potential winners will be contacted using the email address submitted with their Giveaway entry.
Potential winners should therefore monitor the email address used to enter, including spam or junk folders.
A potential winner must respond to the Sponsor’s winner notification within seventy-two (72) hours after the notification is sent, unless a different period is required by applicable law.
The Sponsor may request information reasonably necessary to:
confirm the potential winner’s identity;
confirm eligibility;
obtain a valid mailing address;
fulfill and ship the prize; and
comply with applicable law.
A potential winner may be disqualified if the potential winner:
cannot be contacted;
fails to respond within the required period;
is determined to be ineligible;
violated these Official Rules;
refuses the prize;
fails to provide information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility or deliver the prize; or
cannot legally accept the prize.
If a potential winner is disqualified or forfeits the prize, the Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.
The Sponsor may continue selecting alternates as reasonably necessary to award the advertised prizes.
A person is not considered an official winner until their eligibility has been verified by the Sponsor.
Mailing addresses will be requested from potential winners after selection and will not be required as part of the initial Giveaway entry unless reasonably necessary for administration of the Giveaway.
Prizes will be shipped at the Sponsor’s expense using a shipping method selected by the Sponsor.
Potential winners are responsible for providing a complete and accurate mailing address within the eligible geographic area.
The Sponsor is not responsible for a prize that cannot be delivered because a winner supplied an incorrect, incomplete, invalid, or undeliverable address, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
The Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to fulfill prizes in accordance with these Official Rules.
Personal information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be collected and used by 941 KREW LLC for purposes reasonably related to administering the Giveaway, including:
processing entries;
enforcing entry limits;
verifying eligibility;
preventing or investigating fraudulent or abusive entries;
conducting the random drawing;
contacting potential winners;
obtaining winner information necessary for prize fulfillment;
shipping prizes;
maintaining appropriate Giveaway records; and
complying with applicable legal obligations.
Information collected for the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with the 941 KREW Privacy Policy, available on 941krew.com.
Entering the Giveaway does not automatically enroll an entrant in a 941 KREW marketing email list or newsletter.
If entrants are separately offered an opportunity to receive marketing communications, that choice will be separate from Giveaway entry and will not affect an entrant’s chances of winning.
Personal information collected for Giveaway administration will not be used in a manner materially inconsistent with these Official Rules and the applicable 941 KREW Privacy Policy.
Mailing addresses collected from winners will be used as reasonably necessary to verify eligibility, fulfill and ship prizes, maintain required records, and comply with applicable law.
Entrants should not submit sensitive personal information that is not requested by the Sponsor.
Persons under 18 years of age are not eligible to enter this Giveaway.
A parent or legal guardian who independently satisfies all eligibility requirements may enter in their own name. The parent or legal guardian will be considered the entrant and, if selected and verified, the winner.
Persons under 18 should not submit personal information through the Giveaway entry form.
The Giveaway may be announced, discussed, or promoted through the 941 KREW YouTube channel; however:
YouTube is not a sponsor of this Giveaway and does not endorse, administer, or have any responsibility for this Giveaway.
The Giveaway is sponsored and administered solely by 941 KREW LLC.
By entering the Giveaway, each entrant agrees, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to release YouTube from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to the Giveaway or the entrant’s participation in the Giveaway.
Any questions, comments, complaints, or claims concerning the Giveaway should be directed to 941 KREW LLC and not to YouTube.
Any activity related to this Giveaway occurring on YouTube must comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines, available at:

and applicable YouTube Terms of Service and policies.
Entries that do not comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines will be disqualified.
Nothing in this Giveaway requires or encourages an entrant to violate YouTube’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, contest policies, or other applicable YouTube policies.
The Sponsor will not manipulate or encourage manipulation of YouTube metrics, including views, likes, dislikes, subscribers, or other engagement metrics, in connection with entry into this Giveaway.
By entering, each entrant agrees to comply with these Official Rules.
The Sponsor reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to disqualify an entrant who:
tampers with or attempts to interfere with the entry process or operation of the Giveaway;
uses automated entry methods, bots, scripts, or other prohibited technology;
submits fraudulent or materially false information;
attempts to obtain more entries than permitted;
interferes with another person’s participation;
violates these Official Rules;
violates applicable law in connection with the Giveaway; or
engages in conduct that threatens the fairness, integrity, or lawful administration of the Giveaway.
Any disqualification will be based on a good-faith, reasonable application of these Official Rules and applicable law and will not be arbitrary.
The Sponsor is not responsible, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or not received because of technical failures outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control, including internet outages, hosting failures, browser incompatibility, transmission errors, or other technical problems.
If an entrant experiences a technical problem, the entrant should contact the Sponsor during the Giveaway Period when reasonably possible.
Proof that an entrant attempted to submit an entry does not necessarily constitute proof that a valid entry was received.
If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, legal or regulatory requirements, or another circumstance outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control materially impairs the integrity, security, fairness, or lawful operation of the Giveaway, the Sponsor reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway.
The Sponsor will not use this provision to avoid awarding legitimately won prizes or to materially alter the Giveaway merely because the outcome is unfavorable to the Sponsor.
If the Giveaway must be terminated early and applicable law permits prizes to still be awarded, the Sponsor may select winners by random drawing from eligible entries properly received before the event requiring termination.
Nothing in this section authorizes a change prohibited by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from claims arising directly out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, except to the extent such liability cannot legally be waived or limited.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes, limits, or waives any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limited, or waived.
The Sponsor will not require an entrant to transfer ownership of their entry or grant the Sponsor rights to unrelated entrant-created content as a condition of entering.
Except where prohibited by law, the Sponsor may identify confirmed winners as reasonably necessary to administer the Giveaway, comply with applicable law, respond to a valid winner-list request, or announce Giveaway results.
An entrant’s YouTube handle may be displayed publicly in connection with the random drawing and/or announcement of Giveaway results. Email addresses and other private contact information will not be publicly displayed.
The Sponsor will not publicly disclose a winner’s full mailing address, email address, telephone number, or other unnecessary private contact information.
Any optional use of a winner’s photograph, testimonial, video, likeness, or other promotional content beyond what is permitted by applicable law will be handled separately where appropriate.
Where required by applicable law, a list identifying the confirmed winners will be made available upon request after the Giveaway has concluded.
Requests may be submitted to 941 KREW LLC using the contact information provided on 941krew.com and should identify the request as:
“39 for 39 Giveaway Winner List Request.”
Any winner list provided will be limited to information appropriate or required under applicable law and will not include winners’ email addresses, full mailing addresses, telephone numbers, or other unnecessary private information.
The Sponsor may retain records reasonably necessary to document the lawful and fair administration of the Giveaway, including eligible entries, drawing records, winner-selection information, communications with potential winners, disqualifications, alternate selections, and prize fulfillment records.
Such records will be retained and disposed of in accordance with applicable law and the Sponsor’s legitimate recordkeeping needs.
The Giveaway and these Official Rules will be governed by applicable federal law and, to the extent applicable and not preempted by federal law, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles that would require application of another jurisdiction’s laws.
Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to deprive an entrant of any non-waivable rights or protections available under applicable law.
If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
Making a purchase from 941 KREW, subscribing to a 941 KREW social media account, watching a 941 KREW video, liking or commenting on content, sharing content, or otherwise financially or socially supporting 941 KREW will not increase an entrant’s odds of winning.
There is no payment required to claim an awarded prize, and eligible winners will not be charged by the Sponsor for standard shipping of their prize.
